     While we have highly structured processes designed to ensure quality and accuracy in everything we do, we also believe that both formal and informal client interactions are key to the success of every program. On our first visit, we’ll spend most of the time listening to you. We will always have “on the spot” ideas and recommendations and will also let you know how long it will take for us to do our “due diligence” so that we can ensure every possible aspect of your program goes under the scrutiny of our experts.

     The communication process looks something like this (but we’re always flexible and move around your needs and timelines):
