Airports are a place where opportunities land themselves and a place where people from all cultures and customs come together. In the travel and tourism industry, the individuals who deal with passengers are 63% women and 74% immigrants, giving us ample opportunity to convert associates into ambassadors by coaching them, their supervisors and volunteer coordinators on how to explore possibilities, to be curious, so they can have significant growth opportunities.
