Evolution of Regali Academy

During the pandemic, Dutia was sad and worried about how to move forward during unprecedented times. So, Dutia explored ways she could rebuild and recover the workforce. During this time, Renee came across the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and its 17 sustainable goals to bring sustainability and growth to the travel and tourism industry. Here, she had her “ah-ha” moment!

She figured out she could transform her expertise and experience in airport concessions and coaching to significantly impact the airport concession and travel and tourism industry by formalizing her bespoke empowerment programs.

Renee discovered that since 2015, she had already been empowering her workforce through informal workshops that had positive outcomes with measurable success. These included staff retention, increased sales and a higher level of customer and passenger experience.

She knew she had a gift to empower and develop front-line associates and mid-level managers based on the coaching skills she acquired under the certification training from the International Coaching Federation.

She developed and formalized a scalable bespoke coaching program that converted associates into brand ambassadors. Her philosophy is to empower and allow individuals to advance in their job and encourage them to explore to create a sense of ownership while at work, significantly impacting the travel and tourism industry.

“When we target self-development, we allow individuals to get into the right mindset of overcoming doubts and instilling hope and optimism. In addition, our programs allow the individual to become curious, creative and courageous, all essential for success.” Thus came the launch of our signature coaching program, "Success Liftoff," under Regali Academy.

My Differentiator

Why am I qualified to serve and be of value? My differentiating component is I am a business explorer who continues to be active in entrepreneurship and airport concession endeavors.

Many other programs offered are run or managed by instructors (teachers) who are not actively engaged or self-performing in the daily grind.

I am an actively engaged entrepreneur who constantly explores the world to keep up with current trends and technology.
